About Us

Michael White Party Wall Surveyor and Building Engineer

OUR DIRECTOR - Michael White

Three Bee was founded by Michael White. Michael is a Chartered Building Engineer (C.Build.E) and a fellow of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (FCABE). He is also a fellow of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FFPWS) and a member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club.

Michael has been producing planning documents for architects, developers and contractors for over 12 years. He has become an expert in the field. He also specialises in party wall surveying and has written several articles for industry magazines. In 2018 he published his first book: “How To Be A Party Wall Surveyor”.

Michael now lectures on party wall surveying to building surveying students at Kingston University, The University of West London and Nottingham Trent University.
